The Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute and provides an introduction to management consultancy. It is a 3 to 5 day course and is intended for people who are considering a move into the profession from a functional discipline, or for those who wish to obtain an introduction to the skills and knowledge needed in the field of management consultancy.
