Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials

The Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute and provides an introduction to management consultancy. It is a 3 to 5 day course and is intended for people who are considering a move into the profession from a functional discipline, or for those who wish to obtain an introduction to the skills and knowledge needed in the field of management consultancy.

Candidates who take the initiative to learn about their chosen profession via a qualification from the professional body demonstrate both their compliance to professional standards and a dedication to their own professional development. Candidates who undertake the CMCE will acquire a valuable insight into the profession whilst gaining an upper hand in terms of their knowledge of the marketplace and the role of a management consultant.

The Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials is a skills-based qualification and is taught using a variety of teaching methodologies, including; lectures, workshops, role play, presentations and sitting written and verbal tasks.
