Training and Qualifications
The IC offer an ever growing portfolio of Qualifications and Training Courses. These fall into four main categories:
- Qualifications
- Awards
- Training Workshops
- Endorsed Training Provision.
Qualifications
Qualifications are delivered by approved Chartered Management Institute (CMI) centres. The learner acquires knowledge and skills to support them in their role. The assessment is externally verified by the CMI and the learner upon successful completion gains an IC / CMI certificate.
Awards
These are competence-based awards which are certified by IC and the International Council for Management Consultancy Institutes (ICMCI). To find out more about the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Award please click here.
Training Workshops
The IC has developed a portfolio of one-day practical training courses suitable for business consultants at different stages of their career. Whether you are a newcomer to the profession seeking advice on your route into consultancy, or an experienced manager seeking to expand on your skills and experience and make the transition into consultancy. We also offer training courses for individuals wishing to set up their own consultancy and those interested to enhance their tender writing skills.
Endorsed Training Providers
Endorsed Training Provision allows IC to offer members a wider selection of courses to enhance your performance. Training centres offering these courses have been through IC's quality assurance process. These courses range from x to y and upon completion; successful candidates receive an IC certificate.
