Transformation Director responsible for driving major change across both private and public sector organisations, Pauline has a proven pedigree in developing innovative major change strategies and leading cross-functional teams to collaborate in their execution. She is not afraid to make bold decisions and influence change at board level. Pauline is always keen to focus the organization with the customer at the heart.
Pauline has over 20 years’ experience leading on complex programmes and growth approaches within organisations across construction, logistics, public sector, retail, hospitality, non-profit, motor and financial services. She is committed to ensuring that organisations can inspire people to embrace change and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Focusing on organisational change through the people, process, data and technology lense; every challenge needs a different approach and teams must support the case for change.
Communicating brilliantly is the foundation of any major programme and underpins the success of strategic decision making. Pauline demystifies transformation through simple yet powerful engagement helps to make a compelling case for change and will ensure decisions are made on time and dependencies understood.
Pauline has an active interest in helping men and women to progress their careers. Pauline believes in the need to influence business leaders and policy makers to adapt working practices for the changing commitments of family life. Pauline can provide coaching to Leaders and their teams to help them operate effectively within the changing dynamics of the workplace.
Paul is a management consultant with nearly 30 years' experience of delivering change primarily within the Financial Services industry, also provides consultancy and support to various start-ups.
He is also a Non-Executive Director for a film production company (SkipzProductions) and a Director for a gambling awareness company (Red Card Gambling Project). Paul mentors, speaks and writes on a variety of subjects (such as change management, freelancing, technology, etc)He is a judge on the Management Book of the Year award held jointly between Chartered Management Institute and the British Library He works as an External Specialist for the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the CMI, a Member of the British Computer Society, holds an MBA from the Open University, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is studying for a Doctorate at Middlesex Business School, (Until June 2017, he was the Chair for the CMI London and South East Regional Board),
